Net base = gross item sale minus actual eBay fees. Your amount = net base × the selected percentage, minus handling and other permitted costs. Handling is €0.50 per sold Live listing or €1.49 per sold Traditional eBay listing, for either method.
Choose one method for the whole submission. Credit is issued in EUR to your Cards Hub Shopify customer account after cleared funds and returns. No expiry is set. Automatic cash conversion is not provided; statutory refund rights remain protected.
Schedules A and B v1.3 form part of contract v4.3. Read the contract and approve your inventory and settlement method before submitting. Previously accepted submissions keep their original terms. Contracts are available in Italian and English; other page translations are for guidance.
The band below €20 also applies. Auctions start at €1 with no reserve and may produce a negative net amount after charges. There is no guaranteed minimum.
Actual eBay fees are itemised. Shipping, international, promotional, currency and other permitted costs are documented and never deducted twice. Cards Hub does not provide or arrange insurance during custody or transport.
Settlement follows cleared buyer funds and the end of the applicable return period. Live settlements are progressive under the accepted contract.

Before you send your cards
Where will my cards be sold?
Cards Hub sells through eBay and Live. Every auction starts at €1, with no reserve or guaranteed minimum. Changing the agreed channel requires a new written agreement.
What proceeds do I receive?
Live store credit gives you 100% of the base after actual eBay fees; Traditional eBay store credit gives 83-97%, depending on the gross sale band. Bank transfer gives 78-96% for Live or 78-95% for Traditional eBay on the same base. Deduct €0.50 per sold Live listing or €1.49 per sold Traditional listing, plus other permitted documented costs.
How do I receive my proceeds?
Choose bank transfer or store credit before submitting. After funds clear and the applicable returns end, Cards Hub pays your saved bank details or issues EUR credit to your Shopify customer account. Live settlements are progressive under the accepted contract. Credit has no preset expiry or automatic cash conversion; legal rights and refunds remain protected.
