Right of Cancellation
Once a pre-order has been placed, we cannot guarantee its cancellation, as the order is promptly forwarded to the distributor and processed within a few hours. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds
If the conditions under the Right of Cancellation are met, you will be refunded the full amount paid. The refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations by Cards Hub
Cards Hub reserves the right to cancel a pre-order at any time due to reasons such as product unavailability, changes in product specifications, or other unforeseen issues. In case of cancellation by us, you will be fully refunded without any additional charges.

Product Changes
If the pre-ordered product undergoes significant changes in specifications or price before shipping, we will promptly inform you and give you the option to confirm, modify, or cancel your pre-order.
